By starting your driving lessons you accept the terms and conditions laid out below and they form part of a contract between the pupil and the Instructor.

Driving licence and eyesight

You must hold a current valid licence (either provisional or full) which must be produced on your first lesson. You must also be able to read a number plate from a distance 20.5 metres (67 feet) using your glasses, if normally worn.

 

Payments

Lesson payments are required be made at the beginning of each lesson. When a block booking of lessons is booked, full payment at the time of the first lesson will be required. This is non-refundable. All lessons must be booked directly with your instructor. Future lessons are to be booked at the end of each lesson. Intro offer is to be paid when booking first lesson.

 

Lesson Cancellation

You must give a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel a lesson. Any lessons cancelled within this period will be charged for in full, before any further lessons can be booked. A lesson may be cancelled by myself due to inclement weather, illness or car failure, should this happen you will be rebooked at a time to suite you depending on availability.

Use of the vehicle

In the interest of yours and the public's safety, we reserve the right to withdraw the use of our training car for your driving test, if in our opinion, you’re driving is potentially or actually dangerous.

 

Punctuality

If you do not turn up for your lesson I will wait approximately 10 minutes. If after 10 minutes, you have not made contact or I am unable to reach you, the lesson will be abandoned and you will be required to pay for the lesson in question.

 

End of your Lesson

I will fill in your electronic progress form and book your next lesson via the total drive app. 

 

Bank transfers are strongly advised for lesson payments.
